Many couples have an idea about what they want. When they sit down with a general contractor, they can soon find out that there is so much more that can be done (and still sticking to the budget). This is the story of how we helped a Point Grey couple get the place of their dreams, they just didn't know it was possible.
Ja and Kunakar first asked us to renovate their home in Point Grey.
After a short period of design, it became obvious that a renovation would not give them the home they wanted.
We switched gears and started to design them the new home of their dreams. We were able to give them all the features they want in this stunning South West facing home plus a magnificent view of the city to the northeast from the master bedroom, en suite and upper sun deck.
They spend countless hours enjoying their views and love entertaining guests (who also love the views).
